We are recruiting Freshers – 2023 Batch to join our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development team.
Work Location at ELEVIANT : Coimbatore.
This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to kick-start their careers in the rapidly growing field of RPA development.
As an RPA Developer, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge automation solutions using industry-leading RPA platforms to streamline business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business processes suitable for automation using RPA tools.
- Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Build and configure bots or digital workers to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data extraction, and other manual processes.
- Analyze and understand existing systems, processes, and databases to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Create technical documentation, including process design documents, solution architecture, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation and deployment of RPA solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, conducting regular system maintenance, and implementing necessary updates or enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and automation best practices.
Eligibility criteria:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers: 2023 Pass Outs
- No Standing arrears
Required skills:
- Excellent programming, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong passion for automation, process improvement, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python/ C #/Java/JavaScript / C/C++ etc.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Selection process details:
- L1 First level: Shortlisted candidates will be required to take the Online Aptitude/Programming Test.
- L2 & L3: Shortlisted candidates from the Aptitude/Programming test will be invited for technical interviews to test their logic and programming skills.
- L4: Final HR interview for those who clear L3.
Onboarding of selected candidates is planned in Dec 2023.
