SAIL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
As per the Steel Authority of India Limited Recruitment Notification, candidates should be between 18 and 28 years old as of March 18, 2024.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC Candidates: 3 Years
- SC, ST Candidates: 5 Years
- PWBD (General/ EWS) Candidates: 10 Years
- PWD (OBC) Candidates: 13 Years
- PWD (SC/ST) Candidates: 15 Years
SAIL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process includes a Computer Based Test (CBT) or Skill Test followed by an Interview.
SAIL Recruitment 2024 Salary
Candidates selected for the above posts will undergo on-the-job training for 2 years, extendable for another 2 years if needed. During training, they will receive consolidated pay of Rs.16,100/- for the 1st year and Rs.18,300/- for the 2nd year, along with medical facilities and leave benefits. Upon completion of training, they will be considered for regular employment in S-3 grade with a minimum CTC of approximately Rs.10.4 Lakh per annum. The company will not bear any liability for previous employment benefits.
SAIL Recruitment 2024 Application Fee
- General/OBC/EWS candidates: Rs. 500/-
- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Departmental candidates: Rs. 200/-
- Fee to be paid online via Net Banking/Credit Card/ATM-cum-Debit Card.
- Bank charges, if any, are to be borne by the candidates.
- The fee once paid will not be refunded.
