As an Associate Analyst – Payroll Processing, you will play a critical role within Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited (DSSIPL), catering to the payroll and finance functions for our US India (USI) operations. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring accurate and timely payroll transactions, managing employee data, and fulfilling internal reporting and compliance requirements.

In the Data Maintenance and Payroll Processing team, your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing onboarding date adjustments via the Payroll Dashboard.
- Overseeing end-to-end employee life cycle updates, including transfers, separations, and salary continuations.
- Assisting with management information systems (MIS) tasks related to headcount reconciliation, payroll cycles, and annual compensation updates.
- Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees and HR with professionalism and precision.
- Ensuring accuracy in full and final settlements for separated employees while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Verifying data accuracy submitted by HR and identifying inconsistencies or exceptions.
- Collaborating with HR Operations, General Ledger, and Payroll Teams to execute scheduled payroll activities.
- Maintaining strict compliance with Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and data privacy regulations.

- Knowledge of payroll processing, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong documentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
