IPPB Recruitment 2024 Education Qualification

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Preference is given to candidates with an MBA (Sales/Marketing).
• Post-qualification work experience: Freshers preferred. Candidates with prior experience in sales/operations of financial products are desirable.

IPPB Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

For IPPB Executive Recruitment, candidates must fall within specific age groups to be eligible:

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years

IPPB Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Selection based on graduation/MBA (Mktg./Sales) marks, Group Discussion, and/or Personal Interview; Bank reserves the right to choose based solely on marks or conduct online test/GD. Meeting eligibility norms doesn’t guarantee an interview/GD or Online Test invitation.
• Merit order is determined by candidates’ date of birth if scores are tied.
• IPPB may call only requisite candidates for Assessment/Interview/GD or Online Test after preliminary screening based on qualification, experience, and job requirements.
• Results of qualified candidates and the final selection list will be posted on the website.

IPPB Recruitment 2024 Salary

•  The bank provides a monthly lump sum payment of ₹30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand only) inclusive of statutory deductions.
• Tax deductions will adhere to the Income Tax Act, considering amendments.
• Annual increment of lump-sum pay and incentives based on performance in business acquisition/sales activities, as decided by the Competent Authority.
• No additional pay/allowances/bonus shall be provided except those mentioned above.

Note: The contract initially lasts for 01 years and can be extended yearly for up to 02 years, based on satisfactory performance, making the maximum duration of the contract three 3 years.

IPPB Recruitment 2024 Application Fee

• SC/ST/PWD (Only Intimation charges): INR 150.00 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only)
• For all others: INR 750.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Only)
