Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation (MPBDC) is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager with 55 vacancies located in Bhopal. MPBDC Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
As per the Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation Limited Recruitment Notification, candidates should be between 21 and 35 years old as of February 1, 2023. Additionally, there is a relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates and 15 years for PH (SC/ST) candidates.
MPBDC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The merit list for the Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation Limited will be prepared based on a valid GATE scorecard from GATE-2022, GATE-2023, or GATE-2024. Candidates should hold a B.E/B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with a minimum score. In case selected candidates do not join or are disqualified for any reason, candidates lower in the order of the merit list may be considered. If more than one candidate has an equal GATE-2022/GATE-2023/GATE-2024 score, the candidate with a higher age will be selected.

Candidates joining MPBDC as Assistant Manager (Civil/Electrical) will undergo a probation period of two years on a pay scale of Rs. 42,700 (Level-10). Upon probation, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager (Technical/Electrical) on a pay scale of Rs. (Level-10).
MPBDC Recruitment 2024 Service Agreement Bond
Candidates must submit a surety bond of Rs. 75,000 in the form of a Fixed Deposit (FD) favoring the Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Building Development Corporation Limited, executed by either themselves or their parents for three years. It is mandatory to report to the appointed location within 15 days of receiving the appointment order; failure to do so will result in automatic termination of the appointment. The Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules 1965 will apply from the date of appointment, and any conduct contrary to these rules may lead to termination as per the prescribed procedure. No requests for transfer or change in posting location will be entertained for the first three years of service, including the training period unless transferred by the Corporation for administrative reasons. Attempting to influence any superior authority regarding transfer matters will be considered misconduct under the M.P. Civil Services (Classification, Control, and Appeal) Rules 1966.
