Key Responsibilities
Offer technical support of Level 1 to users at the end of the line via phone support.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and applications-related issues.
As the first contact point to handle IT Help Desk requests.
Track, record and address technical issues in accordance with the established processes.
escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support teams if necessary.
Maintain a professional manner of communication while supporting users.
